Nottingham and The Glen subdivisions are located in the northwest area of High Point, North Carolina, bordered by Wendover Avenue and Penny Road. Together these two communities contain approximately 200 homes and adjoin two other homeowner associations: Parkside at Nottingham and Lakeside at Nottingham. The purpose of this website is to ensure that residents of Nottingham and The Glen are kept informed of the events happening in and around the community and have access to information related to the Association. Annual Homeowner's Meeting Nottingham and The Glen will be having their annual homeowner's meeting on Monday September 15th at Jamestown Presbyterian Church at 1804 Guilford College starting at 6:30pm. There will be door prizes and refreshments. Fall Yard Sale Nottingham, The Glen and Parkside neighborhoods will be having their annual fall yard sale on Saturday October 11th. This yard sale is being sponsored by Forest Realty. If you would like to participate, you may call them at 812-3113 to request a yard sale sign to place in front of your house. Forest Realty will also be providing a brochure index of items for sale by homeowners at the front entrances of the neighborhood. When you call you can include itesm to be listed in the brochure.
