Nottingham and The Glen subdivisions are located in the northwest area of High Point, North Carolina, bordered by Wendover Avenue and Penny Road. Together these two communities contain approximately 200 homes and adjoin two other homeowner associations: Parkside at Nottingham and Lakeside at Nottingham. The purpose of this website is to ensure that residents of Nottingham and The Glen are kept informed of the events happening in and around the community and have access to information related to the Association. The Nottingham and The Glen Homeowner's Association was notified in April of 2011 McKinney Management was closing their office in Greensboro. In addition to the closure, they informed the board all escrow monies had been misappropriated and spent without direction from the board of directors. Currently we do not have a completed forensic audit so the best estimate of loss is approximately $20,000 to $25,000. The association board is pursing criminal action against McKinney Management at this time with the Greensboro Police Department.
